April 23rd: 16 Week Old

This past week Blakely got to spend a lot of quality time with her Granny!! She got totally spoiled by her Koko!! I don't think Blakely spent one minute playing by herself. Blakely loves her Koko!! She goes crazy for her.

15 Weeks Old

April 17th: 15 Weeks Old

This week Blakely has discovered how delicious her hands are!! She drools 24/7 and has soaked every outfit she wears! I had to make an emergency trip to Southern Belles this past week for some monogrammed bibs. No teeth yet, but we are definately drooling!!

14 Weeks Picture

April 10th: We Rollin'!!!

This has been an amazing week for Baby Girl!! She had her first Easter, her first belly laugh and.... SHE ROLLED OVER FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! Yeah Blakely!!!

It was totally out of the blue!! She hadn't even started trying to roll over, and then she just... FLIPPED!! Ryan and I were changing her Easter Sunday on Alyssa and Matt's bed, when she just FLIPPED!! We freaked out and start calling everyone into the bedroom, and she did it AGAIN!! This is when I realized that Richard and my Mom were not at the party yet, and they had missed it!! :(

So, when they came in we set her up again, and that little monkey flipped over again!! In total she rolled over 4 times on Easter Sunday (front to back). The best part is I caught the last time on tape... not sure how to do it yet, but word on the street is I can upload videos on here.

Week 13 Picture

April 3rd: Happy 3 Month Birthday!!

Blakely is 3 months old today!! She is discovering her world in new ways everyday. Currently she wants to explore everything by touching it and putting it in her mouth.... this has led to A LOT of drooling! HA! I am going to have to find some cute bibs STAT!!

12 Week Picture

March 27th: Blakely is 12 weeks old!!

Buggles has had a very exciting week!!! My sister Alyssa is 16 weeks pregnant with her first baby, and this week they found out the sex of Blakely's new cousin!!! Last Thursday, they had a gender reveal party to tell us that it is a.....

BOY!!!

Banks Matthew Cogdill, due September 5th, 2012!!!

We could not be more excited!! A boy!! Can you believe it? Blakely and Banks are going to have so much fun growing up together, playing together, hanging out at GiGi and PopPop's together!!

Weekly Highlights:
- Loves her hands!! She likes to stare at them, wring them together, eat them, etc. They are her current favorite toy! HA!
- Found out she is having a BOY cousin!!
- Finally enjoying tummy time
- Likes to watch "Big Bang Theory" with Daddy before bed
- Falling asleep on her own at 9-9:30pm, waking up at 8:30.

11 Weeks Picture

March 20th: 11 Weeks Old!!

Blakely is 11 weeks old today!! This has been a very busy and exciting week. GrandAnnie (Richard's Mom) came to visit from Nova Scotia!!! Blakely loved getting to spend some quality time with her Grandmother from the North!! This was also the first week of Night Shifts in the ED for me, which meant Richard got to be the one to get put Blake-A-Boo to bed and feed her in the middle of night. Just call him Mr. Mom!! :)

Highlights from the Week:
- GrandAnnie comes to visit
- Mommy is gone at night... and Daddy pinch hits!
- Blakely discovers her hands- wringing them ALL the time
- Blakely loves to stretch and play on her changing table
- Blakely is FINALLY able to sit up and play in the Bumbo chair
- Able to grab the edges of her clothing... LOVES to flash us! HA!
