Fall Sing

October: Fall Sing for 3yo Classes

Banks and Blakely got to participate in their first Fall Concert... and I have to say, I was SUPER impressed!! They knew all the words to like 10 songs and did all the motions. It was super adorable!!! You could TOTALLY see the difference in their little personalities!! Banks listens to the teacher, but his goal is for the performance to be FUN! Blakely listens HARD to the teacher, and her goal is to be PERFECT... I don't think she cracked a smile the whole time. VERY FOCUSED!!

Looking pretty cute for Fall Sing!! Love my little Pumpkins!!

Here they come!!

Banks can barely contain his excitement!!

Funniest moment was when the song said to "close the book" that had a picture of dinosaur in it.... and Banks yells out "But I love the purple dinosaur!!" So funny! Everyone was cracking up!

Blakely couldn't put her glasses on by herself, and she kept saying "a little help, please! a little help, please!!" Here's her friends from the class fixing them for her! Looking good girls!

"...I put on my glasses, I take out my book."

So focused!!

Goof ball!!

Banks and Blakely were SOOOOO excited that me and GG came to hear them perform!

My beautiful girl!!

I love this pic! This just so sums up these twos WHOLE relationship. Blakely is saying to Banks: "Banks! Banks! You are smiling TOO HARD!" HeeHeeHee!!!

Boo at the Zoo 2015

October 20th: Boo at the Zoo

We love Boo at the Zoo... it is one of our favorite Fall events!! This year we had a special surprise... GrandAnnie and GrandPop got to come too! Ms AnnMarie always makes a fall trip to SC, but this year was extra special, because GrandPop got to come too!!

I could be wrong, but these were the CUTEST kids at the zoo that night!! Loved our Wizard of Oz theme!!

Blakely has no idea who Dorothy was, so she thought that she was Belle from the opening scenes of Beauty and Beast.

These two littles love each other SO SO SO much!!

Monk Crew, ready for the Zoo!!

My little fam!!

YaYa got to come too!! It was a grandparent party!!

One of my favorite out takes from the night...Banks and Blakely was killing me!!

PopPop and his BIGGEST fan!!!

Dance party!!

KE trick-or-treating!!

This year with the Bigs was SO different. Last year, we had to encourage them to say trick-or-treat, and we did not make it to all the stalls. This year- they KNEW what they were about!! They knew the stalls had candy, and they knew how to get it!! It took all of us to keep them from running stall to stall!! Blakely would be like "come on Banks! Come on!!  Trick-Or -Treat!!" They are turning into such big kids!!

Twinkly lights!! Can't wait to come back for the Lights before Christmas!

GrandPop and KE in the Foam Zone!!

Our whole happy crew!!

Our Wizard of Oz crew found the "Wicked Witch of the West!!"

GG and her two Bigs!

Grandparent pic!!!

I know this is blurry, but this was literally their FAVORITE thing at the zoo... a mini corn maze!! Blakely and Banks went through the maze easily 20 times!! They would still be in there if we hadn't made them move on!!

Trick-or-treat!

Dance party!!

We capped our night off with the messiest, most-fun thing... the FOAM ZONE!!

Such a perfect night!!! The weather was dream fall weather, and we had such a great time!! Can't wait for next year!

Just Keep Swimming, Swimming, Swimming...

October 12th: Aquarium Day with GrandMom and Pinkie

On Columbus Day, Aunt Sarah had the day off so we made the trek down to Charleston to go to the SC Aquarium!! Grandma Pinkie was also up from Florida, and this was her first time getting to meet Brantley, so we thought it would be fun to get all the great-grands together for the day!!

Blakely was SOOOO excited to see Grandma Pinkie!!!

Blakely loved being re-united with her GrandMom!!

All 3 Monk grandbabies together at again!!

My littlest explorer!!

Two little explorers!!

My brave girl.

Brantley Preston driving the Jeep in Madagascar!!

Looking for Lemurs.

A girl and her GrandMom. :)

When we lived in Charleston, we had a membership to the aquarium, and we came like once a week. The last time Blakely was here she had only been 20 months old (KE's age now), and she was too little for the touch tank. This time she got to try it... and my little scientist LOVED it!!

Blakely and Pinkie!!

Grandma Pinkie and all of her Monk Great Grands!!

I know this is blurry, but I have SOOO many pictures of Blakely on this turtle at this same age.

Should I be concerned that she is so talented on the pole????

Who has a bigger wing span? KE or the Eagle?

Such a great day with two of our favorite women!! :)
