Lovies!!

My girls each have a lovie they have slept with every night since they were babies.

Katy Ellis loves her baby blanket with a hood that GG and PopPop gave her. She calls it Bear-Bear , and she loves to  wear it as a costume around the house. 

This is Gray. Gray is Blakely’s lovie. We had so many near misses with losing Gray that we had to hunt down and buy a back up “Gray.” Blakely was never fooled though. She called the new one “Pink Gray,” and she turned her nose up at it.

Probably the most famous time that we lost Grey was right before Katy Ellis was born. Blakely dropped her on the floor at a Mexican restaurant, but we didn’t realize until we got home. AnnMarie and I went back and searched the place until we found her behind the booth. We were seconds away from dumpster diving for her! Ha!
